Jayne Mallon is an Independent Consultant who has extensive experience
in the fields of Soft Issues and Personal Development.
She is accomplished in the design, delivery and evaluation of organisational
change and management development programmes and has a wealth of
experience that extends to both working within Government departments
and the private sector.

Jayne has valuable experience in assessment work, and was a key player in
Soft Issues Assessment with MoD where she played a leading role in the
procurement of a number of Prime Contractors for work valued at in excess
of £1Bn, the London 2012 (Olympic Delivery Authority), and most recently is
working with Network Rail supporting their selection of Design and Delivery Partners
for the £600m Birmingham New Street project.

Jayne has worked on developing collaboration with a number of key UK
Construction companies and facilitated the building of high performing teams at
very senior level. She also works as an executive coach bringing both a strategic
and practical perspective to leadership, management and team development

Jayne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development,
holds a MA in HRM and is a master practitioner for TMSDI.
