- Working
with senior managers on a range of organisational challenges including
Leadership, Visioning,
Values, Teamwork, Coaching, Culture Change and Role Clarification.
- Working
with Department for Work & Pensions including the diagnosis and
design of a Senior
Leadership programme, the facilitation of the Leadership for Change
events (the
largest change event in Europe) and facilitating a series of
‘Change Agent’ workshops.
- Project Managing, designing and facilitating an Engagement & Learning programme with
QinetiQ which develops leaders for the future – emphasis is placed on
engagement of
staff, understanding the business and shaping the future. Using a range
of tmsdi instruments.
Organisational Development & Change Management- Co
facilitation of project management skills workshops which supports the
way that a
leading international Law firm is changing it’s working practices. The workshops use C.C.T.V.
- Design,
delivery and evaluation of organisational change programmes, including facilitation
of Action Learning Groups, within several Government Departments and
MOD Agencies. These interventions involved working with
senior managers to identify
organisational issues, develop strategic awareness and gain commitment
to organisational developments.
- Design
and delivery of ‘Soft Issues’ assessment workshops to inform partner
selection for
long term contracts let by the MOD and the Olympic Development
Authority.
